4. Not My Will
The most important thing you can do as a Christian, is to submit to The Father’s Will. It is God’s Will for everything written in God’s Word to apply to you. Jesus died on The Cross, and shed His Precious Blood, so that you may “…have life…and have it more abundantly.” John 10:10. Stop submitting to your selfish will, along with its desires of satisfying your own flesh. Submit your will totally to God’s Will, to discover pleasures, of all the good things He Has Promised in His Word for you to receive. Faith willingly exchanges your will for God’s Will, and believes every promise found in His Word.
Fear and doubts try to paralyze you, to keep you from believing God’s Promises. God never said following His Will would be easy, but obedience is very rewarding. The Christian Walk is not about playing it safe, but about taking bold steps of faith. God desires that you hunger after Him, and love Him, with all of your heart and soul.

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Hebrews 10:38.

Prayer: Father God, I repent for seeking my own will, instead of seeking Your Will. Forgive me, for placing my own desires, wants, and needs, in place of Your Will. Please help me Heavenly Father to always submit to Your Will, and not my own will. Guide me on The Path Of Righteousness, so I may reverence, glorify, and honor You. Help me to know Your Word, obey Your Word, and desire more intimacy with You. I am nothing apart from You! I desire to abide with You forever, In Your Will. Help me to know You, hunger after You, and be led by Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name.
